SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.
Please note, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.

- Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing
- 2nd Day Air: 2-3 Business days after order processing
- Next Day Air: 1 Business day after order processing
- Delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times
- Signatures may be required upon delivery
- Drivers may not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it

RETURN POLICY
Most of the items we sale are used unless otherwise specified on the item description itself. No warranties are expressed or implied. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days after receipt for a credit and/or refund minus the cost of shipping. If it is found to be our fault in failing to describe the item properly we will gladly refund the shipping fee. Items must be returned in the EXACT same condition it was received. This includes all the original manuals and items shipped with the product in its original packaging.
Buyer’s remorse and or the like are not grounds for a full refund so please be sure you are 100% certain these are the items you wish to purchase BEFORE you complete the buying process. Be sure to read the entire description and view all photos. The refund you receive depends on all of the above conditions being met. We will deduct any fees incurred in processing the order BEFORE a refund is issued this includes shipping and cost to list the item.
Any cancellations made after the item has been shipped and postage placed on the article will be charged the shipping both-ways, and the remainder of the charge will be refunded.
Keep in mind that when purchasing form us you are buying used items (unless otherwise stated). We store our items in a totally smoke free environment but your package goes through a long process of all types of odors before it reaches you. We will not be held liable for others actions in this process to you. Please adjust your monitor’s resolution to view and accurate color. If an item fails to perform please contact the manufacturer. Sealed new items that do not perform are only warranted by the manufacturer and not by us.
